Daniel
For the past 20+ years Daniel has led teams in the supply chain, manufacturing and sports industries. His last role saw him leading multi-state supply chain & ecommerce operations for one of Australia’s leading omni channel retailers. He also has a strong competitive background having played in, coached and managed high performance sports teams.
With a passion for developing leadership capability and team performance, he prides himself on his ability to grow talent and improve operations.
Maxine
Maxine has spent the last 20+ years supporting teams in the recruitment, supply chain, trade and mining industries. An expert at systems and bringing teams together, she has worked with scheduling teams, project teams, office managers and executive assistants to improve the support they provide to operational teams.
She has a high energy and warm approach that enables her to quickly build relationships allowing for rapid improvements to support teams and senior leaders.
Eric
With a career over 40 years in the Heavy Equipment industry, starting out with a Mechanical Apprenticeship - diesel fitter. Variety of equipment and company experience from mining contractors to new equipment suppliers, working his way through to sales as General Manager of Mining for one of the leading Global OEM’s of construction and mining machinery.
He has extensive experience leading teams, building client relationships and overall effective management in sales/turnover growth.
Scott
He brings a wealth of experience leading operational and systems teams across the supply chain and e-commerce industries. With a strong balance of people leadership and technical capability, he played a key role as Systems Manager for Western Australia’s largest automated e-commerce warehouse.
With a background in electrical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, his technical expertise spans hardware design, application development, networking, web development, ERP systems, and cloud computing.
